Locals in Suzhou, East China's Jiangsu province, are exploring ways to revitalize the time-honored handicraft of Song brocade, which originated in the Song Dynasty (960-1279).
Wu Jianhua, an inheritor of traditional silk-weaving technologies, is one of them.
