Sanya, a world famous coastal city in South China's Hainan province, is to launch cruise lines linking itself with Manila and Boracay?Island, popular tourist destinations in the Philippines, before the end of this year.

A 6-day tour product has also been developed by the city in an effort to forge the "Golden Waterway" for cruise tourism.

Sanya plans to further cooperate with Southeastern Asian countries such as the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore to expand the market and boost the development of cruise tourism.

In the future, Sanya will continue to enrich the range of cruise tourism products so as to elevate the city into a high-end tourist destination at international level.
