Jiangxi's traditional Ehu Academy enjoys a revival

Thirteen years later, two Chinese poets - Xin Qiji and Chen Liang from the Southern Song Dynasty (1127-1279) - gathered there to discuss national affairs and personal ambitions, a meeting called the Second Ehu Zhihui.
In the history of ancient China, a number of nobles and scholars have paid great respect to the academy and adhered to its open-minded spirit of freedom and inclusiveness. It is worth noting that the academy awarded commemorative plaques to two Chinese emperors, Song Lizong (1224-1264) and Kangxi (1662-1722), proof of its vital position in the evolution of China's philology.
Based on its historic accomplishments, Ehu Academy has undergone a revival to promote traditional Chinese culture in modern times.
