8. Thin pancake 薄餅
In East China's Wenzhou, Zhejiang province, every family eats a kind of thin pancake during the Dragon Boat Festival.
The pancake is made of refined white flour fried in a flat skillet. Bean sprouts, Chinese chives, shredded meat and mushrooms are later placed on the pancake, which is then rolled up and eaten as a wrap.
