Have you ever wondered what the world looks like for sight-impaired people? Recently, an exhibition titled "Visible in the Dark - Plan for Schools of the Blind" was held in Nanjing, East China's Jiangsu province, to show their perspective.

At Jinling Art Museum, photos and artwork made by sight-impaired people were on display. Most were made by students from Nanjing School for the Blind. Visitors may smell and touch some works to comprehend what students want to express.

Zhang Yu, organizer of the exhibition, said she hopes visitors can overcome prejudice against sight-impaired people and realize their lives are just as colorful as people with good sight.

"Normal people usually think the world is dark for sight-impaired people, but that is not true. There's no difference between them in feeling the beauty of art."
