New rules to strictly regulate teachers' behavior

The government on Monday warned that teachers caught committing serious violations, such as sexually harassing students or receiving gifts or cash from students or their parents, will be banned for life from teaching.
A statement published on the Ministry of Education's website added that various central government departments will work together to strictly assess foreign teachers' past history and behavior.
