China Pacific Insurance sees rising premium income in H1

BEIJING - China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co Ltd, one of the country's leading insurers, on Thursday reported premium income of 215.28 billion yuan ($30.72 billion) in the first half of the year.
The unaudited figure represented a growth of about 4 percent over the same period last year, according a statement the company filed with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Its premium income reached 346 billion yuan in 2019.
