Feel the delightful rhythm and melody of the music and follow the demo played by famed Chinese pianist Lang Lang, cultural ambassador of 2023 Happy Chinese New Year. Are you ready to play your own tune for spring? Regardless of whether you are a professional or an amateur, who you are or where you are from, you are very welcome to cover the music with your own instrument!

From Jan 9 to Feb 5, upload your challenge video on your social media account, tag the official accounts of China Culture and add #HappyChineseNewYear #PlayWithMe to your post. You will have a chance to win special gifts and the cute rabbit mascot of the 2023 Happy Chinese New Year!

Your cover may also be included in a final compilation video alongside pianist Lang Lang's performance.

How to enter
1. Pick up any instrument of your choice. Cover the musical piece "Spring Festival Overture" played by Chinese pianist Lang Lang and create a video of your own (video should be within one minute)
2. Upload the video to your own social media account on Facebook/YouTube/Instagram/Tiktok, add the hashtags #HappyChineseNewYear #PlayWithMe, and tag the official accounts of China Culture. DMs are welcomed, too.

Five selected winners will be awarded special cultural products or the cute rabbit mascot of the 2023 Happy Chinese New Year.
