This project spans the cities of Huaihua and Shaoyang, reducing the travel time between the scenic areas of the two places from 2 hours to 23 minutes. Its AB-section large and small loop system allows flexible adjustment of operation modes based on passenger flow.

The Xuefeng Mountain stretches across the cities of Huaihua, Shaoyang, Loudi, and Yiyang and extends for hundreds of miles. Here, the peaks are lush, and the sea of clouds rolls magnificently, offering breathtaking natural landscapes.

For a long time, the cultural and tourism resources of the Xuefeng Mountain region have remained relatively unknown due to the rugged terrain and inconvenient transportation. The cable car is part of efforts to change the situation. It covers the Shanbei Huayao Terraced Fields, the Beidouxi characteristic cultural tourism town, the Xupu Chuanyan Mountain, the ancient wartime village of Yangquepo, and other attractions.
