Coast Guard patrols waters off the Diaoyu Islands

The China Coast Guard said that one of its vessel formations patrolled the territorial waters off the Diaoyu Islands in the East China Sea on Sunday.
In a brief statement issued on Sunday, the CCG said its vessel fleet No 1307 conducted the patrols. The patrol was a rights protection patrol activity conducted by the CCG in accordance with the law, it said.
