FAW Audi launches smart A5L Pilot

FAW Audi launched the A5L Pilot variant at the Auto Guangzhou on Friday at 286,800 yuan ($40,354).Built on Audi's Premium Platform Combustion and E3 1.2 electrical architecture, it features Huawei's Qiankun driving-assisted technology. The PPC platform features Vehicle Motion Management, allowing pilot technology to make decisions while maintaining Audi's DNA. In urban settings it offers lane centering and intelligent traffic signal recognition for a smooth driving experience. For parking, it provides smart entry and exit, navigation-assisted parking and remote-control assistance. Powered by the fifth-generation EA888 engine, it delivers responsive power with Audi's iconic handling and pairs with a 7-speed S-tronic dual-clutch transmission.
