Fashion show highlights the diverse ethnic cultures of Yunnan

A recent intangible cultural heritage fashion show in Dali Bai autonomous prefecture, Yunnan province, showcased the region's ethnic traditions through a striking display of costumes and design.
Held on Nov 23, the event featured more than 30 sets of traditional outfits and over 100 contemporary designs from 16 prefectures and cities across Yunnan, reflecting the depth and diversity of the province's cultural heritage.
Visitors were invited to view the craftsmanship up close and take photos with the models, offering what organizers described as a chance to experience "history worn on the body".
