In the boundless, block-like universe of the popular sandbox video game Minecraft, a young Chinese gamer has meticulously resurrected part of the destroyed Yuanmingyuan, or Old Summer Palace, in Beijing.

Watch the video to see a serene fly-through of the meticulously recreated virtual landscape made by Qiu Zekai, known online as Qiuxiaoniuer.
