A group of five overseas Chinese from four Central Asian countries expressed their strong commitment to expand collaboration when they were invited as special guests to observe Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region's annual political advisory session.

Overseas Chinese from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan, participated in the meetings, visited exhibition halls, skiing resorts and enterprises in Urumqi and Changji Hui autonomous prefecture, witnessed Xinjiang's development, and explored new opportunities for cooperation.

"Xinjiang's firm integration into the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) has brought tangible convenience to enterprises," MaNate Yibulayin, deputy director of the Kyrgyzstan Chinese Assist Center and chairman of MINT Investment Co, said. "The customs clearance efficiency, such as 'arrival and clearance on the same day' at ports in Kashgar and Tacheng prefecture has significantly increased the turnover speed of our goods."

As the head of a trade logistics enterprise, he has witnessed the rapid advancement of Xinjiang's opening-up. His company's business volume in the Kashgar has continued to grow, with trade scale steadily expanding.

He added that, with the advancement of the BRI, more Chinese enterprises are going global. As deputy director of the China-assistance Center, he will provide more consultation and assistance to Chinese companies overseas, offering them guidance and support.

The fourth session of the 13th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) of the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region began on Monday and ended on Friday.
