Audi AG's sales revenue reached 65.5 billion euros ($75.5 billion) in 2025, slightly up from 64.5 billion euros in 2024, thanks to record-making EV sales and intragroup sales of Cupra vehicles, said the German premium carmaker on Tuesday.

However, its operating profit last year fell to 3.4 billion euros from 3.9 billion euros in 2024, with a negative impact of 1.2 billion euros from US tariffs. Its operating margin fell accordingly to 5.1 percent from 6 percent in 2024.

Audi AG expects revenue to reach between 63 billion euros and 68 billion euros this year. The operating margin is projected to range from 6 to 8 percent.

"Geopolitical uncertainties and global competitive pressure kept the automotive industry on its toes again last year," said Audi CEO Gernot Doellner.

"In times like these, Audi has the right answers and is taking bold decisions. In 2025, we introduced the first model from AUDI, our China-exclusive sister brand, and previewed a rigorously clean new design."

The company reported strong growth in fully electric vehicles, delivering 223,032 units under the Audi brand, up 36 percent year-on-year.

The group delivered 1.64 million cars in total, including around 10,000 units each from Bentley and Lamborghini, down from 1.69 million units from the previous year.

It also delivered 50,895 Ducati motorcycles last year, both slightly lower than in 2024.

Doellner said the company will push forward its transformation in 2026 by launching key new models, including the Q9 and the A2 e-tron, and strengthening partnerships to enhance its global competitiveness.

After more than 20 new models in 2024 and 2025, Audi now has the youngest portfolio among the competition.

In China, Audi will launch the Audi A6L e-tron and the AUDI E7X, the second production model from the new China-exclusive AUDI brand. The first model, the AUDI E5 Sportback, has been available in China since fall 2025.

Audi China President Johannes Roscheck said: "We are seeing the first tangible results of our sharpened setup in China, reflected in solid deliveries in 2025.

"Looking ahead, we will further deepen our local partnerships and accelerate our product initiative, with several new tailor-made models set to launch in the coming months," he said.
