Agri material delivery to aid farming
Chinese railway operators have enhanced steps to provide solid support for spring plowing and sowing, aiming to aid farmers. As the farming season begins in April and the fields are ready for cultivation, Yuci Station in Shanxi province has opened a "green channel" to meet the transport needs of fertilizers, seeds and other materials, offering a five-priority measure. Its transport capacity has been optimized to refine loading and unloading operations, and accelerate vehicle turnover. Meanwhile, its staff members have stuck to their posts to ensure quick and timely delivery of agricultural materials to end users.
Grade A offices see demand recovery
Beijing's Grade A office vacancy rate dropped 1.7 percentage points year-on-year to 18.5 percent in the first quarter of 2026, showing a continuous demand recovery, according to a report by Colliers International. Beijing's current office market landscape reflects the core characteristics of commercial real estate during China's economic transformation: cost-sensitive corporate demand dominates and the market has entered a stage of stock competition, requiring landlords to compete for limited demand through rent concessions and product upgrades.
