Beijing museum to display 800 Latin American relics starting May

An exhibit showcasing the ancient Mayan and Andean civilizations is set to open on May 18 at Capital Museum in Beijing, offering a rare glimpse into the cultural heritage of Latin America.
The exhibit will be the largest held by the museum since it opened in 1981. It will feature around 800 cultural relics, creating one of the most comprehensive displays of its kind in China. It will run until Oct 18.
