During the seventh forum of social groups of Taiwan compatriots, Taiwan youth Hsu Tao told China Daily that the newly released measures to boost exchanges and cooperation across the Taiwan Strait would bring more confidence to Taiwan youth on the mainland and further strengthen cross-Strait bonds.
On April 12, the mainland unveiled a package of 10 policies and measures, including establishing an institutionalized platform for two-way exchanges between young people on both sides of the Strait and promoting the full resumption of regular direct passenger flights across the Strait.
