Ancheng Property opens in Southwest China

Ancheng Property and Casualty Insurance Company has opened for business with the approval from the China Insurance Regulatory Commission in Southwest China's Chongqing Municipality.

With a registered capital of 500 million yuan (US$64.04 million), the property insurance company was invested in by Chinese enterprises based in Chongqing. The company will run business like property loss insurance, liability insurance, credit insurance, short-term health insurance and accident insurance.
