Industrial Bank to issue US$2.5b debt

Industrial Bank Co Ltd will issue 19 billion yuan (US$2.45 billion) worth of debt from Mar 27 through Mar 29, the bank announced.

The debt will comprise 7 billion yuan in three-year bonds with a fixed rate, 7 billion yuan worth of five-year bonds with a fixed rate and 5 billion yuan in five-year bonds with a floating rate. The yields will be determined via a book build.

CITIC Securities and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China will be the main underwriters.
