Cross-boarder capital movement to be enhanced

China will strengthen the monitor and administration of cross-boarder capital movement in order to maintain financial stability and security, Premier Wen Jiabao said at the parliament's annual session held today.

He said that financial companies in different sectors should increase their risk management and make a good balance among financial innovation, opening and regulation.
