Bluestar Group mulls listing

The stock of Shenzhen-based Bluestar Cleaning Co suspended trading as of Thursday as parent company China National Bluestar Group Corp is working out a restructuring plan, the listed company said in a statement on Thursday.

Industry experts interpret the statement as the group's latest efforts to realize a listing as a whole unit after Bluestar Cleaning sold a 20 percent stake to Blackstone Group.

The restructuring plan, experts say, will include the assets integration of Bluestar Cleaning, Shenyang Chemical Co and Blue Star New Chemical Material Co.
