China has signed agreement with dozens of countries on capacity collaboration, said Ning Jizhe, deputy head of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), adding that there should be a project library pooling mutual demands.

International capacity cooperation is a win-win policy, and will be mutually beneficial, said Ning at the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference on Thursday.

It will be easier to start working with the countries that have greater demands such as Pakistan and Kazakhstan, said the NDRC official and new head of the National Bureau of Statistics.

The collaboration includes not only infrastructure construction but also equipment manufacturing and technological exchange, said Ning, adding that China will take the lead in helping with regional development and growth.

The 2016 Boao Forum for Asia is held in South China's Hainan province from Mar 22 to 25. The annual conference aims to open the floor to discuss Asia's New Future, New Dynamics, and New Vision.
