The singer has been dating the film producer since splitting from Murphy last year and confesses she is ready to wed for a second time.

She says, "He's the love of my life and I am going to marry him."

Brown, who was embroiled in a bitter lawsuit with Murphy over the paternity of daughter Angel Iris, says Belafonte has accepted the three-month-old as his own child.

She adds, "Stephen's been a godsend. Eddie hasn't been in touch once since I had the baby--it's unbelievable. But Stephen has been a tower of strength."

Brown married Dutch dancer Jimmy Gulzar in 1998. Gulzar is the father of her daughter Phoenix Chi, nine.
