US congress is requesting Japan to do the minimun decent thing.
goodandwise: In a sea
of economic uncertainly, to protect farmers who provide the basic vital need for
the people, is a most wise and necessary step.
Harsh reality: Recent history of the past 150 years has shown that when you are weak, you get invaded, robbed and beaten. That has proven to be the harsh reality.
