BEIJING: Chinese President Hu Jintao on Wednesday addressed a seminar on transformation of the mode of economic development and implementation of the Scientific Outlook on Development.
The seminar, attended by the country's provincial and ministerial-level officials, opened Wednesday at the Party School of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee.
