The attorney of the youngster surnamed Li who submitted an appeal to the Beijing No 1 Intermediate People's Court, enters the court in Beijing, capital of China, Nov 19, 2013. The younger Li, son of renowned tenor Li Shuangjiang, and four other men were detained on Feb 21 after a woman surnamed Yang reported to police that she had been taken to a hotel and gang raped. The younger Li was sentenced to ten years in prison, while Wang 12 years, and three others were given prison terms ranging from 3 to 4 years in the first trial. The Beijing No 1 Intermediate People's Court heard the appeal submitted by Li and Wang here on Tuesday.
