Project description: The project is to develop west bay tourist area in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, including building a 15-kilometer-long main road and a 6-kilometer-long walking path and a waste water processing station. Covering 3,300 square meters, the project will set up a 1.7-kilometer-long 10 KV circuit line, a 5-kilometer-long low-voltage line, and some entertainment facilities.
Total investment: 40 million yuan (US$4.82 million)

Financial innernal return rate: 17.7 percent (after tax)
Investment profit rate: 18.8 percent
