To promote the full development of the financial and modern service sector, Jiangsu intends to introduce senior overseas financial talent to accelerate the implementation of the strategy that aims to make the province stronger by talent and talent internationalization. Related issues are as follows:

I. Positions and Quantity

A total of 42 units in five cities, 11 counties (towns, districts) in Jiangsu intend to introduce 120 senior overseas financial talent: Seven provincial financial enterprises, including Jiangsu Bank, intend to offer 17 positions above the middle level; 20 municipal financial enterprises, including Nanjing Bank, will offer 54 positions at the middle and high level; 9 colleges and universities such as Nanjing University will offer 41 positions including assistant professor or above the middle level; and 6 governmental agencies such as Finance Office of Jiangsu People's Government will offer 8 positions above the middle level.
