春節(jié)之后第一個(gè)工作日，《人民日?qǐng)?bào)》推出重磅系列評(píng)論員文章——論協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)“四個(gè)全面”。首次權(quán)威定義“四個(gè)全面”。

A moderately prosperous society, reform, rule of law, Party discipline -- these "Four Comprehensives" are Xi Jinping's blueprint for China's future.

小康社會(huì)、改革、依法治國(guó)、黨紀(jì)，這“四個(gè)全面”是習(xí)近平為中國(guó)未來描繪的藍(lán)圖。

“四個(gè)全面”即Four Comprehensives，指的是：全面建成小康社會(huì)（comprehensively build a moderately prosperous society）、全面深化改革（comprehensively deepen reform）、全面依法治國(guó)（comprehensively implement the rule of law）、全面從嚴(yán)治黨（comprehensively strengthen Party discipline）。習(xí)近平在2014年12月份首次提出了這個(gè)概念。

“四個(gè)全面”的本質(zhì)就是“戰(zhàn)略布局”（strategic blueprint）。2012年11月，習(xí)近平提出了“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”（the Chinese Dream）或者說是“中華民族的偉大復(fù)興”（the great renewal of the Chinese nation）?！靶】瞪鐣?huì)”（a moderately prosperous society），不僅僅是2012年11月黨十八大提出的主要目標(biāo)，也是中華民族偉大復(fù)興中國(guó)夢(mèng)的關(guān)鍵一招（a crucial step towards the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation）。

2013年11月，黨的十八屆三中全會(huì)部署“深化改革”（deepening reform），部署了繁榮與社會(huì)進(jìn)步的路線（the route to prosperity and social progress）。 2014年10月，中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨第十八屆中央委員會(huì)第四次全體會(huì)議提出全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)（the rule of law），保證政府制度的現(xiàn)代化（guarantee modernization of the system of government），并倡導(dǎo)社會(huì)公正（championing social justice）。2014年10月8日，習(xí)總書記提出從嚴(yán)治黨（strengthening Party discipline），保持和發(fā)展黨的先進(jìn)性和純潔性。
