Small US town for sale on eBay website

Tortilla Flat, a small town in the western American state of Arizona, is
listed for sale Thursday for 5.5 million US dollars, on the auction website,
eBay.
Situated in the Superstition Mountains, about 30 km northeast of Apache
Junction on the state highway 88, the town was advertised as one of the "last
remnants of the Old West."
The town's listing on eBay has received more than 6,500 hits.
Dave Levi, 54, has shared ownership of the town and its restaurant for five
years with his sister and brother-in-law, Pam and Alvin Ross.
The historic town was settled as crews constructed the road to Roosevelt Dam
built in the early 1900s.
The town's land is leased from the United States Forest Service. The 20-year
transferable lease, now in its third year, is included in the
sale.
