Aviation Naadam coming to Baotou this year

The Party secretary of the city of Baotou, Inner Mongolia, Wang Zhonghe, met with a delegation from the China Aviation Industry Group (AVIC), led by its deputy general manager, Li Benzheng, in Beijing, on Mar 3, to discuss the general aviation business in Baotou and its desire to hold an aviation Naadam (The word "Naadam" means entertainment or games in Mongolian) this year.
At the meeting, Wang explained to the guests that Baotou is a key industrial city and has many advantages in resources, technology, talent and manufacturing and is looking to promote its aviation sector by cooperating with AVIC.

AVIC has worked with Inner Mongolia in recent years in developing a Naadam aviation brand to give aviation fans a chance to enjoy an air show with helicopters, gliders, flight formations, hot air balloons, parachuting and special aircraft out on the grasslands.
