The 8th Executive Committee conference of the 11th session of Shaanxi Provincial Women's Federation was held in Xi'an, Shaanxi province on Dec 29, 2011.

Li Jinbin, head of the organization department of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, said at the conference that Women's Federations at all levels in the province made great contribution to the development of economy and society of the province in 2011.

The conference honored the advanced group of Shaanxi Women's Federation system, the role model workers, and the advanced counties (districts) of the 2011 Shaanxi safe family construction activity.

According to Li Jinbin, the year of 2012 will be an important year to fully implement the 12th-Five Year Plan (2011-2015). And it will be a new oppotunity to carry?out?the development plan of women and children in the province.

At the conference, Li Jinbin called for Women's Federations in Shaanxi to learn and implement the spirit of the sixth conference of the Party's 17th plenary conference and to make efforts to the cultural construction of Shaanxi Province.
