Olympic Chinese swimmer Jiao Liuyang talks to China Daily at the team's training center in London, explaining what it takes to win the gold medal over the world's best swimmers.
Jiao, the 200m butterfly gold medalist at the 2011 Shanghai World Championships, will participate in the final of the 200m butterfly on August 1 local time.
