It's the third annual month long charity event Maovember.

This year Home Plate BBQ will be hosting a judged moustache and beard championship with 4 categories. Best Natural Moustache, Best Styled Moustache, Best Business Beard and Best Full Beard. Each winner will take home a plaque for bragging rights and sponsored prize. During the event 1 keg of Jing A Flying Fist IPA will be free flow until the keg is empty! There will also be happy hour and other surprises.

Every Monday for the month of November, 69 Café features a different coming-of age film showcasing the quirkiness of adolescent life. For Nov 23, it is American comedy-drama Rushmore (1998), directed by Wes Anderson. The story focuses on a teenager named Max Fischer, about his friendship with a rich industrialist and his love for his elementary school teacher.
