Japan needs at least to reflect on their past incursion on china

Any Japanese people with a good conscience should feel sorry for what their ascendants had done in china. And I believe most joneses people are peace loving citizens and hope havoc like the world war Ⅱ won't happen to any nation again.

But the some Japanese officials and right wing groups are continually sent Asian countries to alert by their extreme moves. Thus an apology is most needed to assure Japanese's govern has realized their fault over half a century. Otherwise other Asian counties, especially those suffered invasion by Japan will always hold the extremists' acts at bay.

The war wound would heal over time but the hatred, war-fear complex, misunderstanding and prejudices won't vanish over time unless the two sides can lay their error and misunderstanding on the line. In those words, Japan should try to change its image among many Chinese by its sincere moves and heart felt apology.

Nowadays some Japanese officials deem the rightful request of a solemn apology from their government as being too harsh and grim on Japan's past which they claim will hurt Sino-Japanese relationship. On the contrary, it's their insincerity and impenitence that hinder the relationship between the two countries to advance to a higher level.

I see the request of an official apology as a right and rational move. And there is on pretext for Japan to reject it. It's a compulsory procedure before Sino-Japanese relationship can be more firm and intimate. We can look at the relationship between Germany and France for instance: rare are the hatred and misunderstanding between them, which have triggered a string of wars within 500 years. No two nations have gone to war as frequent as the two, yet the recent years have witnessed the most harmonious relationship in their history. Why can two nations forgive each other when they posses more hatred between them than that between China and Japan.

So, all in all, if Japanese want a better relationship with China, it had better show they are will to overcome the historic hurdles which can't be achieved unless the majority of Chinese think Japan deserve it via an apology or something.
