AS Roma: No bid in

company Nafta Moskva to buy the Serie A club.
Reports in the European press speculated that the Russian oil company was
interested in acquiring the Giallorossi.
"Roma 2000, as the majority shareholder of AS Roma Calcio, with regards to
certain reports that have appeared in the press, wants to clarify that no offer
has been received by the Nafta Moskva company to acquire the shares of the
football club," said a statement on the club's official website, www.asromacalcio.it.
