China loses 0-3 to Spain in soccer warm-up

The newly reshuffled Chinese men's soccer team conceded a 3 nil defeat to Spain in their first warm-up in the tour drill in Europe.

The match kicked off in rain. But the muddy pitch could not slow Spanish pace. A 3rd minute penalty gave home side the lead and a free kick from Hernandez Xavi of FC Barcelona, which was reflected after hitting Shao Jiayi's head, enlarged the gap.

In the second half, Joaquin Sanchez locked the scoreline at 3-0 after his shot flied over Chinese goalkeeper Liu Yunfei.
