which unable to stand up because of the freezing coldness in Fuyun county
of Altay in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on Friday
January 6, 2006. Heavy snowfall hit most parts of the region with a
drastic temperature drop since December 29 last year, causing the
evacuation of 97,000 people and leaving herdsmen and their livestock
