美國研究人員近日發(fā)現(xiàn)，曬太陽可能有防治癌癥的功效，因為越來越多的證據(jù)表明被稱為“日照維生素”的維生素D對預防和治療淋巴瘤、前列腺癌、肺癌、甚至皮膚癌等多種癌癥有重要作用，尤其在防治結腸癌方面的表現(xiàn)最為突出。外電報道如下：Scientists are excited about a vitamin again. If it bears out, it will challenge one of medicine's most fundamental beliefs: that people need to coat themselves with sunscreen whenever they're in the sun. Doing that may actually contribute to far more cancer deaths than it prevents, some researchers think.
The vitamin is D, nicknamed the "sunshine vitamin" because the skin makes it from ultraviolet rays. Sunscreen blocks its production, but dermatologists and health agencies have long preached that such lotions are needed to prevent skin cancer. Now some scientists are questioning that advice. The reason is that vitamin D increasingly seems important for preventing and even treating many types of cancer.
