10月25日，中超聯(lián)賽工作會議在河北香河足球基地召開。中國足球超級聯(lián)賽有限公司正式成立，此外，確定2006賽季中超聯(lián)賽賽程以及恢復(fù)聯(lián)賽的升降級制度是本次會議的主要議題。據(jù)悉，2006年賽季將取消中超杯賽，并計劃擴大足協(xié)杯參賽隊數(shù)量，將考慮增加部分乙級隊伍參賽。
