Anne Hathaway has reportedly split from her long-term boyfriend. The 25-year-old actress ended her four-year relationship with Raffaello Follieri over the weekend, following a series of scandals involving the Italian businessman. Anne is said to have decided to break up with Raffaello, 29, after fears his run-ins with the law - including his charity which funds vaccination for developing countries being investigated by the New York State Attorney General's Office - were affecting her career.

A source told Britain's Daily Mail online: "It's heartbreaking for Anne to dump him, and she's devastated that it's come to this, but she really didn't have a choice. His scandals were hurting her reputation." Last year, Raffaello was accused of bouncing a $215,000 cheque to his business associate but he later turned himself into police and paid the bill.

However, Anne seemed determined to put the troubles of the weekend behind her as she promoted her new film 'Get Smart' at the Los Angeles premiere on Monday night. Wearing a stunning black and grey strapless dress and black peep-toed shoes, Anne smiled as she greeted her fans alongside co-star Steve Carell.
