At the end of the seventh plenum of the 17th Central Committee, Party leaders also approved proposed amendments to the CPC Constitution and agreed that "favorable grounds" have been laid and "full preparations" made for the crucial 18th National Congress of the CPC.

中國共產(chǎn)黨第十七屆中央委員會第七次全體會議通過了《中國共產(chǎn)黨章程（修正案）》，并一致認(rèn)為已經(jīng)為召開黨的第十八次全國代表大會創(chuàng)造了“良好條件”并作了“充分準(zhǔn)備”。

Plenum就是“全體會議”，也可以用plenary session/meeting來表示。The seventh plenum of the 17th CPC Central Committee? 就是“中國共產(chǎn)黨第十七屆中央委員會第七次全體會議”。

出席會議的有中央委員（members of the Central Committee）、候補(bǔ)中央委員（alternate members of the Central Committee），中央紀(jì)律檢查委員會委員（members of the CPC's Central Commission for Discipline Inspection），以及有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)同志列席會議（participate as non-voting members）。
