在許多發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家，退貨比你想象的要容易得多，你買了任何東西，只要沒(méi)有太大損壞，在一個(gè)月內(nèi)都可以退，而且售貨員基本也不會(huì)問(wèn)你什么。正因?yàn)槿绱耍行┤司豌@這個(gè)空子，買來(lái)用用就退掉，這種人就叫作deshoppers。

Deshopper is a person who buys something with the specific intention of using it and later returning it to the shop for a full refund.

Deshopper指的就是那種打算使用后就全款退貨的購(gòu)物者。

Typical deshopping activities include the purchase, copying and subsequent return of CDs and DVDs, perhaps claiming that they did not play properly, or buying a dress to wear once to a party and later returning it for a full refund, sometimes even replacing the original price tags.

買完就退者的典型行為包括購(gòu)買、拷貝CD或DVD之后歸還商家，聲稱光盤不能正常播放，或買了一條裙子，穿著這條裙子去參加了一次派對(duì)，然后要求全款退貨，有時(shí)候甚至還會(huì)更換原有的價(jià)格標(biāo)簽。

Although most of the retailers are aware of deshopping, few have taken steps to update return policies, due to the risk of customer defection in today's highly competitive environment. Key traits of deshoppers were the tendency to brag about deshopping victories to friends, and the perception that returning goods for a full refund was like 'winning a battle' against retailers.

盡管大多數(shù)零售商都意識(shí)到這種行為的存在，但很少人會(huì)去修改退貨政策，因?yàn)樵诋?dāng)前競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的環(huán)境中，商家害怕這會(huì)導(dǎo)致客戶流失。買完就退者的主要特征有喜歡向朋友炫耀自己買完就退的戰(zhàn)績(jī)，而且當(dāng)他們?nèi)钔素浐?，他們?huì)覺(jué)得像打贏了一場(chǎng)針對(duì)零售商的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)。
