Penalties for acts of claiming under false pretences, hiding, destroying and discarding, opening without permission or illegally examining the mail of another person

According to provisions of Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, any person who claims under false pretenses, hides, destroys, discards, opens without permission or illegally examines the mail of another person shall be imposed on of a detention of not more than five days or a fine of not more than 500 Yuan.
