Abstract：
The aim of this research project is, through questionnaires and survey to enterprises of China, Japan and Korea, to get to know opinions of these enterprises towards the institutional arrangement of economic cooperation among China, Japan and Korea, relevant tactics for enterprises and policy suggestions to be submitted to governments of the three countries. The survey shows that most of the enterprises from China, Japan and Korea adopt a positive attitude towards the establishment of free trade area among the three countries and they hope the process for economic cooperation among China, Japan and Korea could be quickened.
