Abstract：
The reform for China's grain circulation system has entered a sophisticated stage. We should grasp the key issues to deepen reform of grain circulation system. It is necessary to limit grain fiscal credit fund, improve macro regulation mechanism, rationally define the functions and scale of central grain reserves, cultivate the farmers' ability of negotiations in grain market, and make a reasonably share of the cost of reform among governments at different levels and enterprises.
