Zhang Junkuo attends 2014 emerging economies think-tank and policy forum

Zhang Junkuo, vice-minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), attended the opening ceremony of an Emerging Economies Think-Tank and Economic Policy Forum for 2014, on Nov 1, in Haikou, capital of Hainan province, where he addressed the gathering. The forum was sponsored by the China Institute for Reform and Development (CIRD).
