The Big Data Integration Seminar was held in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province on Jan 18-19. It launched the Guizhou Big Data Think Tank platform which integrates big data with artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

A result of joint effort by Guizhou?provincial administration of big data development and China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), the platform will use both big data and AI technology to support government affairs by accessing the Guizhou-Cloud platform built by Guizhou-Cloud Big Data Industry Co Ltd, a government-owned company.
Through collecting and analyzing a large amount of data, knowledge and expertise, the platform will be able to generate accurate reports to provide intelligent support for governments to make decisions and policies.
The platform will not only be applied in government affairs, but will also arrange social resources to further promote integration of big data with the economy, society and technology.
