A 1.5 billion yuan loan agreement was signed between cultural companies and the financial institutions in Hebei province at banking and cultural fair held in there, on Dec. 25th.
The fair’s goal was to promote the cultural industry in Hebei province and create new financing channels for cultural companies.
During the meeting, the Provincial Publicity Department and the Provincial Department of Culture have signed a strategic cooperation agreement on Hebei’s cultural industry and a framework agreement on supporting and cultivating key cultural companies and projects with the financial institutions.
Under the agreement, efforts to promote the development of the cultural companies and support the culture industry projects will be listed as one of the priorities of the banking sector. |
